Is the Worcester County BOE President Selectively Following Robert's Rules of Order?

Over the past three board meetings, the record reveals that Worcester County BOE President Todd Ferrante is not consistently following Robert's Rules of Order, especially when it comes to an undesirable topic that doesn't jive with his own political agenda. Establishing a double-standard, Ferrante has entertained a motion by board member Jon Andes (District 3), while not allowing for board member Katie Addis (District 6) to even bring up a discussion pertaining to school safety. School safety was already a line-item topic that was on the agenda. Assuming Addis was making a motion, Ferrante shut her down. When called out on his inconsistent conduct, Ferrante dismissively changes the subject and proceeded without even acknowledging what he has done.

The video below reveals the board president's contradiction and manipulation of Robert's Rules of Order to be turned off and on when politically convenient, while holding the scepter as board president.

Where are the other board members in acknowledging Ferrante's totalitarian rule?

You'll hear crickets, because they tow the political line of the establishment.

By silencing Addis, Ferrante is silencing District 6, along with anyone else that agrees with her stance. In the end, who's really looking out for the people?
